The office paper from Steinbeis fulfils the requirements of the cradle-to-cradle principle and has been awarded the Blue Angel and EU ecolabels. The company was committed to ecological paper production as early as the mid-1970s. In the meantime, they use only waste paper. In contrast with conventional paper production, their process requires 83 % less water and 72 % less energy, and emits 53 % less CO2.
