It’s all in the name: this experimental home was built using recycled and recyclable components, and it even uses a recycling-friendly mode of construction. In addition to commonly available reusable products, the project made predominant (and large-scale) use of locally sourced, previously used components. In field testing and through a cycle-oriented and resource-saving approach to planning, the project is evaluating the potential of various types of recycling.
