This project, which is researching whether bacteria-assisted textile dyeing could be a sustainable alternative to conventional petrochemical techniques, constitutes an interface between the fields of textile design and microbiology. Alongside the creative exploration of the technology, aspects of ecological sustainability and knowledge transfer also play a central role.
